Since I will be awake for the whole night, I decided to blog all night – answering thought questions from ThoughtQuestions.com as best I can. 🙂 This site posts questions worth asking and worth your time answering. 😉
Compared to who I was in High School, I think that I am way different from then.
Here are a few things I were during High School, and not anymore now.. 🙂
Before: I don’t talk. I mean, I don’t talk a lot. I only speak when asked to. I don’t mingle with anyone, unless I had to do so for a group project. I don’t easily get along with new friends. I don’t make new friends, either.
Now: I talk a lot. I laugh a lot. I can now easily make new friends. I can now initiate conversations with a new team mate at work. I joke around, I now love being around people. I was even surprised that I can get along with an all-boys team, where I was rolled-in to days ago to back-fill their another team member.
Before: I take everything as it is – even those that I don’t agree with. I easily lose in arguments – I take defeat even when I know I’m on the right side. I keep quiet when I know I won’t win an argument.
Now: I don’t easily give in. I fight for what I think is right and I stand firm. I say what I want to say, as long as I am confident for what I believe in.
Before: I only do what I am told to. I don’t complain. I easily give in.
Now: It’s not that I am always complaining, but I now say NO to things I don’t want. And lastly,
Before: I don’t eat much.
Now: I eat more than my tummy can.
Before: I hate talking about what they call “love life”
Now: I enjoy every thing about it. 🙂 But that doesn’t have to mean I have it. 😉
